let’s do this!
*shared recipe* – chinese chicken (takeout knock off) – kirsten could not have made this recipe more simple for everyone. chicken and vegetables tossed in a savory soy gravy. this is a great way to use up leftover chicken and veggies. toss in whatever you have on hand and you have a quick meal in minutes. thanks kirsten!
creamy asparagus soup – a very light, fresh spring soup. the fibrous asparagus ends are tossed in vegetable stock, infusing the broth with the light asparagus flavor before we even make the soup! sour cream is stirred in at the end to create a creamy touch. the roasted asparagus tips make a beautiful yet delicious garnish.
chicken and broccoli stir-fry – the chicken for this stir-fry is extra flavorful by marinating in garlic and ginger, only to be tossed in a dark rich broth with crunchy broccoli. a quick meal to put together on a busy weeknight.
turkey sloppy joes – these sloppy joes are PACKED with flavors that will have you dancing in your seats. the best you will ever eat.
slow-cooked bbq pulled chicken – what is better than marinated chicken seasoned with a delicious dry rub, then tossed in a slow cooker to cook low and slow for 8 hours in a homemade bbq sauce? nothing! 🙂 i am pairing it with my incredible baked beans recipe.
how did our numbers add up? let’s check out the receipt.
