rosemary roasted potatoes

roasted potatoes are extremely tasty. the added bonus to these potatoes, is they are easy to make and healthy because they are baked! i usually make them when i am busy and do not have a lot of time to hang over the stove. toss them in some seasoning and throw them in the oven. they get crunchy and yummy, after a toss or two, all on their own.
ingredients:
- 1 lb red bliss potatoes - washed, dried, halved
- 3 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil -
- salt/pepper -
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary - crushed
instructions:
preheat the oven to 425 degrees. place a sheet tray in the oven while the oven preheats.
in a medium sized bowl, add the potatoes and remaining ingredients. toss to coat. carefully remove the hot tray from the oven and pour the potato contents on the hot tray. level out the potatoes on the tray to a single layer and place back in the oven.
cook in the oven for about 45 - 50 minutes, tossing the potatoes about half way through.
