this recipe was submitted by kirsten hoy. she said, 'this is a great recipe i did. i just found a bunch of stuff in the kitchen and went to work. me and my husband love chinese take out, but with just one of us working now, and a new baby, we had to cut back.'
- 1 bag frozen stir-fry vegetables - defrosted
- 2 cooked chicken breasts - diced
- 2 packets brown gravy -
- 1 tablespoon garlic - minced
- 1/3 cup soy sauce -
make gravy in a medium pot. then you just add everything, stir, and pour over rice!
