i seem to always have this pie in the refrigerator. it is my kids favorite pie! my mom used to make it all the time when i was little. i love that you can change the flavor of the pie by using different types of yogurts. the added bonus? it is the easiest pie to make on the planet! in this pie i used strawberry banana yogurt. sometimes, i use key lime, or banana, or even kiwi yogurt. but my all time fav is strawberry. i threw in the strawberry banana for the hubby. 🙂 the graham cracker crust adds that textured crunchy, to the not too sweet, creamy pie. some good stuff.
- 2 (6 ounce) containers of strawberry banana yogurt -
- 1 8 ounce container of whipped topping -
- 1 graham cracker crust -
in a medium sized bowl, add the yogurt. fold the cool whip into the yogurt until combined. spoon into the graham cracker crust. cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing. feel free to garnish with fruit or serve as is.
