this bread is ree- diculous! 🙂 if you do not a garlic lover, consider omitting garlic from the mixture, cutting a clove of garlic in half and rubbing the garlic directly on the bread. it will give a hint of garlic to the bread.
- 2 garlic cloves - minced fine
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese -
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning -
- 1 scallion - minced
- salt/pepper -
- 1 baguette -
- preheat broiler.
- in a small bowl, mix together butter, garlic, scallion, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, and salt/pepper, to taste. preheat broiler with rack close to the heat. slice the baguette horizontally. spread butter evenly on both halves. place on a sheet pan and toast under the broiler, about 1-2 minutes.
